Processing Time: Each custom order is handmade with care! Please allow 2–4 weeks for creation, depending on size and detail.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, packages typically arrive in 3–7 business days via USPS (or your selected method).

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on item size and destination.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way!
📍Local pickup is available for customers in the Winston-Salem, NC area. Just select “Pickup” on the order form!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Being that all my work is custom-made, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I want you to love your art:

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.), contact me within 3 days of receiving your package.
